What is a Mentor?

A mentor is an experienced and trusted advisor who provides guidance, support, and advice to someone with less experience in a particular area. Mentorship typically focuses on personal or professional growth, with the Mentor helping the Mentee navigate challenges, develop skills, and achieve their goals. A Mentor shares their knowledge, offers feedback, and helps the Mentee make informed decisions, often providing a combination of encouragement, wisdom, and constructive criticism. The Mentor-Mentee relationship is built on trust and mutual respect, with the Mentor fostering the Mentee's development over time.
